EILA Hiltunen, one of Finlandīs major sculptors, is most celebrated for the Sibelius Monument in Helsinki, Finland.
Less known is her traditional sculpting style and the fact that she significantly has changed sculpting methods and been in the forefront of new welding techniques in the end of the 1950īs. The artistīs international career and her public monuments located around the world are also worth mentioning.
