The museum is open with special safety measures. The number of visitors is restricted. You can visit the museum with or without a reservation.


Guidelines for a safe visit:


  • The use of a face mask is required for everyone over 12 years.

  • Please maintain a safe distance (min. 2 meters) to other visitors and members of staff.

  • Wash your hands carefully. Hand disinfectant is distributed at the register and in all toilets.

  • Pay by card when possible.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief when coughing or sneezing.

  • If you feel unwell or have any flu-like symptoms, do postpone your visit.

  • Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained carefully in the museum.

  • Museum staff is provided with face masks.

  • Museum guards control the amount of visitors in the exhibition spaces in order to provide a safe visit. Please consider that possible queues will take place outside. To avoid queuing, you can also book a visit beforehand.

  • No guided tours or group reservations.

Extended opening hours 13.3.–30.5.2021: Tue 10 am – 6 pm / Wed 10 am – 8 pm / Thu–Sun 10 am – 6 pm. / Mon closed.
